A tour with Daniel, Micha and Uli in a overloaded rental car through
California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah. The car had a CD player but we had only
a few CDs, so we heard Californication about a billion times...
Details
We spent the first weekend in San Francisco.
On Sunday afternoon we left for Yosemite National Park,
where we stayed the next two days in the Yosemite Bug Hostel.
On Monday we saw Yosemite Valley,
on Tuesday Tuolumne Meadows.
Left Yosemite over the Tioga Pass to our next stop,
Mono Lake.
On the next day a short trip north to
Bodie and
then back south for a day in Death Valley,
a night in Las Vegas (the buffet was great),
three days at the Grand Canyon,
one day in Zion National Park,
one day in Bryce National Park,
one day on the road to Lake Tahoe,
one day at Lake Tahoe and back to the bay area and finally
two days in Berkley.
