Driving 4294km in a campervan down the australian east-coast from Cairns to Sydney. We had nearly four weeks, but you could easily spend four months for the same trip. I would love to do this trip again with a lot more time, especially for the Whitsundays.

Cairns (2001-03-17)

Landed in Cairns, went to pick up our campervan. After 2 hours of waiting, we got it and drove north. BTW, driving on the wrong side of the road after a 24h flight is hell...
